Castello Village Resort, Sissi (Crete)

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a huge shower, fridge, kettle, and a bowl of fruit with plates and cutlery; however, the bathroom and kitchen area need updating. The room is small with just a bed, bathroom, and balcony visible upon entry. The location is good, tranquil, and beautiful for leisure, though the main entertainment area can be loud. The dining experience is satisfactory with a buffet covering various breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel; the rooms were clean and pleasant, and we were fortunate to get an upgrade to a lovely and spacious suite. The unique layout with a washbasin next to the bed added a charming touch. While the room was a bit dark, it actually helped keep it cool during the sunny days. However, there was a slight issue as it didn't exactly match our booking expectations.
